Brewing Instructions

• Hot Brew: Add 1 – 1½ tsp of tea per 8 oz (237 mL) of boiling water (100°C / 212°F).
  Steep for 5–7 minutes. Add sweetener to taste.
• Cold Brew: Add 2 – 3 tsp of tea per 8 oz (237 mL) of cold water.
  Steep in the fridge overnight.
