1. What types of teas do you offer?

We specialize in premium loose leaf teas, including black, green, rooibos, herbal, fruit, and flavoured blends. Every tea is carefully curated for flavour, aroma, and freshness.

2. Do you sell tea bags?

No. Tea Garden only offers loose leaf teas. We recommend using an infuser, strainer, or teapot to enjoy the full flavour and aroma of each premium blend.

3. Are your teas natural and caffeine-free options available?

Yes! Many of our teas are naturally caffeine-free, like herbal and fruit blends. All our ingredients are high-quality and carefully sourced.

4. How should I store my tea?

To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from light, moisture, and strong odors. Keep it in an airtight container for best results.

5. How do I brew your teas?

  • Hot Brew: Use 1–1½ tsp per 8 oz (237 mL) of water at the temperature specified for your tea (usually 80–100°C). Steep 2–7 minutes depending on the blend.
  • Cold Brew: Use 1½–2 tsp per 8 oz of cold water and steep in the fridge overnight.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We proudly offer free shipping within Canada.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for all orders within Canada.

Absolutely. All our teas are carefully sourced from trusted gardens worldwide, including India, Sri Lanka, Japan, China, South Africa, and Europe, supporting ethical and sustainable practices.

10. How long do your teas stay fresh?

For best flavour, our teas are best consumed within two years of opening. Proper storage in a cool, dry place helps maintain aroma and freshness.
